We are desperately trying to start an animal sanctuary for Delta County. There is no animal shelter here, which leaves the animals without a way of rescue. We are tired of seeing cold, wet, and shivering dogs in the street. We are tired of seeing bone skinny horses and cattle. We are tired of seeing animals lying in the middle of the road.
